In vitro antioxidant activity of methanolic extracts of the different types of commercial pepper

چکیده

Pepper is one of the most famous and widespread spices in world. This commercial plant belongs to Piperaceae family. Depending on treatment which pepper fruit exposed, we distinguish between black, white green pepper. In this research, methanolic extracts different types (Piper nigrum) pink (Schinus terebinthifolius Raddi) were prepared. Maceration ultrasonic extraction used extract bioactive components from samples. The reduction potential was tested using FRAP method. efficiency free radical inhibition determined by DPPH Pink showed highest antioxidant activity vitro conditions. High also recorded extracts. general, high potency neutralizing radicals.
